The Bicycle Casino is also hosting the first two televised WPT Season XII tournaments. The Legends of Poker Main Event, which happens to be a $3,700 buy-in NL Hold'em WPT Championship, begins on August 29. Professional poker players as well as those aspiring to be poker professionals will be fighting for their share of a huge prize pool worth. Last night, I entered Day 1B of the first event in the Bicycle Casino's Deepstack series, and made it to 240th place or so out of 727 entrants. No money, but I played really really well and was quite happy. I'm reading other players' hands really well, and thinking one level strategically higher than them, I think.
Do slot machines pay out more at night party. I've heard theories that people feed slot machines all morning and day long, so that late at night all the big wins come! I usually play late at night anyway - after a night of gambling and drinking and shenanigans, its hard to get up super early for me to test this theory! I have never hit a jackpot when the sun was up! As slot machines can and often do stay in place on a casinos gaming floor for many years, one way that a casino owner or operator will ensure players have a good playing experience when any new slot machines are placed on their gaming floors is by increasing the pay-out percentages for a few days or weeks. Even though a slot may have a modest house advantage from management's perspective, such as 4 percent, it can and often does win all of George's Tuesday night bankroll in short order. Some people claim that casinos pay out more when the casino is crowded. As they walk the aisles in search of their next machine, they see many players hitting. They therefore conclude that the machines hit more frequently when the casino is crowded. Dear Mike, A machine cannot be programmed to pay out better at certain times of the day. States require that the odds on each spin be the same, and that would not be possible if the machine paid out better at certain times. Best of luck in and out of the casinos.

How does Global Poker work?
For those not familiar with Global Poker, the platform utilizes a unique sweepstakes model. This system makes playing its games online legal in the US and Canada. Players are able to cash out for real money in certain games on the site.
Through this model, players use virtual chips (Gold Coins), which they accumulate but cannot redeem for real money. However, when purchasing more Gold Coins, players receive in-game currecny called 'Sweeps Coins.'
This virtual currency can be used for Sweeps Coins tournaments and ring games, and can also be won in freerolls. As a player wins more Sweeps Coins, it can be cashed out for real money.
